We do not sell fake or replica merchandise.

Delivery times are determined by the region to which the delivery is to be made and the delivery method.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL OVER THE WORLD?
Yes, we ship orders worldwide wherever possible from Tokyo,Japan.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date payment for your order is received.

We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that if your order has been processed already, we might not be able to cancel your order.
If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, please submit an urgent request. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, please contact us by email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER?
We're eager make it right for you. Please contact us with your tracking number.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return.
On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process.
Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order or order details even if it has not been shipped yet.
WHY WAS MY ONLINE ORDER CANCELLED?
Sometimes we have to cancel orders. This can be due to a number of reasons, including:
- Stock availability. It is most likely that your size ran out of stock before we could process your order.
- Payment issues. Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payment details.
- Delivery address issues. You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we couldn’t process.
You will not be charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.
In order to get a clear understanding why your order was cancelled we recommend you to contact us.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you can pay with your credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay.
Currency conversions will be completed during checkout. You will be shown the price in your preferred currency before you are asked to finalize your payment.
PRE-ORDER
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
Your pre-order will be charged the moment your order is placed.
IS MY PRE-ORDER GUARANTEED?
Yes, your pre-order is guaranteed unless the release is cancelled by the manufacturer.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email from us after you've placed your order.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
As long as the pre-order has not arrived in our warehouse, we should be able to assist you in cancelling your pre-order in most cases.
Please contact us if you have any questions on that or if you need help cancelling your pre-order.
AM I ABLE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS OR THE ITEMS ORDERED IN MY PRE-ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify it, but we should be able to help you to cancel the pre-order so you may re-order with the correct address and/or the items you want. Please contact us if you have any questions on that and/or if you wish to cancel your pre-order.
