The Tokyo Metro 13000 series started commercial operation in March 2017 with vehicles manufactured on the Hibiya Line for the unification of 20m -class 4 -door vehicles implemented from 2016 (Heisei 28).
The car body is unpainted made of aluminum alloys, following the image of a successive Hibiya line vehicle, a futuristic shape, a picture of a wheelchair mark, and a pale blue and a dark blue accent that complements the route color (silver). It is characterized by the design.
The actual car is mainly active in direct operation from Nakameguro to Kitasenju Line and Tobu Isesaki Line.
