Seibu 2000 series is Seibu's first mass -produced 4 -door vehicle that appeared in 1977.
We adopt new designs that were not found in Seibu Railway, such as 20m -class 4 doors, penetrating front, sloping panoramic windows, and sign lamps arranged vertically.
When it appeared, there was no destination display on the side, but it was equipped on all cars from 1988 to 1991.
In addition, renewal work has begun in 1996, and changes such as the mounting of the skirt, the single arm of the pantograph, the LED of the destination indicator, etc. can be seen on the exterior.
Since 2015, scrapped cars have occurred mainly on six -car trains, and the number has decreased.
