Synopsis:
Approximately 150,000 foreigners in Tokyo in Tokyo. Some are bad, but many have lived poorly because of refugee certification. Gentiles without such power have created a secret organization, Gento Metropolitan Government, a secret organization for close -moving Gentiles. There are nothing, such as banks that are not involved in the Financial Services Agency, and hospitals that are not approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Of course there are also police. This is a story depicting the success of Saki Kubozuka, the only police officer at the Gento Metropolitan Government.
