The small owl has been carried all the way to New York, 270 kilometers away from Onion, in a huge touhi tree.
One of the smallest owls in North America, the American Kinmeflow, was found hidden in a toe tree.
After being cut down in the northern part of New York State, he was brought to a rockfeller center in Manhattan, New York, and was set up as an annual Christmas tree.
The owl was taken to the Ravens Beard Wild Animal Center, was treated for a few days, and was returned to the forest.
The owl gave people hope that returning to the forest was a "miracle", although it could have been trapped in the trees for days.
