Product Description The JR Kyushu 817 series 2000 and 3000s appeared in 2012 with the aim of relieving congestion in the Fukuoka metropolitan area centered on the Sasaguri Line, Chikuho Main Line (Fukukita Yutaka Line) and the Kagoshima Main Line.
The body is characterized by the change from the conventional car to a white paint compared to the conventional car, and the front design has been partially changed from the conventional design.
In the 3000th generation, the whole train belongs to the Minami -Fukuoka vehicle ward, and it is possible to combine with the 811 and 813 series, and can be used in up to nine -car trains that combine each line.
