Product Description The Meitetsu 6800 series is a commuting vehicle that appeared in 1987 as an improved version of the 2 -car Meitetsu 6000 series, and there are differences in the body structure, etc. depending on the time of production.
It is still active in the Nagoya main line and branch line system.
The control method is a magnetic adding excitation control, and the body structure is in accordance with the Meitetsu 6500 series, and the 6801 to 6804 formation of the primary car is almost the same as the Meitetsu 6500 series 5th car.
Also, since around 2014, the vehicle number has been written on the top of the cooler of the leading car near Toyohashi.
