Product Description The Seibu 6000 series is a vehicle for interchangeable direct operation between the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, which appeared in 1992.
The Seibu Railway's only stainless steel car body was adopted and appeared as the first fixed 10 -car vehicle.
It features a style that is not on the Seibu train up to that point, such as installing an emergency passage that is compatible with the subway with the head bent in the kuno -shaped shape.
From the 6151 formation manufactured since 1996, the vehicle body structure is made of aluminum, and the 6156 formation to 6158 trains after 1997 varies depending on the time of production, such as the abolition of the door pocket window.
From 2014, driving equipment was renewed, and by 2019 it was applied to the entire train.
