Synopsis:
A woman in her 60s visited the author's dementia clinic.
He bought 10 packs of 10 packs for three consecutive days, and when it was finally the fourth day, he visited with anxiety.

As a result of the diagnosis, women were not dementia.
However, it is not a normal brain condition.
It was a "dementia gray zone".

The official name of the dementia gray zone is MCI (mild cognitive impairment).
MCI is a state in which a variety of warning signs are issued for themselves and their families, although there is no significant hindrance to everyday life.
In other words, it is between normal brain and dementia.

People who have dementia will always go through this gray zone at that stage, but not everyone will move from gray zone to dementia.
Some people maintain the status quo, while responding appropriately to delay the transition to dementia.
Furthermore, it is known that one in four can turn (recovery) in a healthy brain condition.

On the other hand, some people will proceed to dementia.
In other words, this is the "divided path of dementia".

So where is the difference between the recovery and the person who progresses?
That is the theme of this book.
